Annex for CME Starter Kit

The KfW guidebooks are designed to aid distribution of CDM Programmes of Activities (PoAs). These include handbooks for programme coordinators and on drawing up eligibility criteria, a sampling manual (as a guide for use in sampling), and a study on the further development of the CDM methodologies to allow more comprehensive carbon reduction activities.
