Shortly after taking office in January 2021, U.S. President Joe Biden announced a climate summit on April 22 and 23 (Earth Day) to highlight the urgency of stronger climate action and its economic benefits. More than 40 heads of state and government from around the world have been invited.
Against this backdrop, the Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI) is hosting a follow-up webinar on April 27, bringing together experts from different parts of the world to analyze the outcomes of the summit as we head towards COP26 in Glasgow.
